This lovely Samantha Black is a beautiful piece form 1980s. The style is almost a 1920s style with the drop waist, the bow on the side low waist, and the square neck.
The material is a soft velvet; it doesn't feel like the cheap imitation cloth they make now. It is rich and soft. The material is in great shape and the color is a deep black.
The sleeves are puffy and come about halfway down the arm.

The long bodice is flattering for a thin person and the low waist is cute as the horizontal cloth makes a band around the hips. The bow sets it off.

There is a tiny bit of red stain under the armpits but it isn't very visible.

The dress seems like a size small for a best fit. The size tag is faded and impossible to read.
Made in the USA. Measure carefully for a good fit.
My mannequin is about a size 6.
