1980's Big Dynasty NOS Black Velvet and Gold Lame Dress

New Old Stock. Black velvet sheath dress with gold lame cummerbund and a large stylized gold lame fan embellished with a silver sequin in a diamond shape.

Bonding in the bodice and zipper down the back.

Straps are very thin and look they can be removed if the owner decides.
