This is a gorgeous high end blouse from the 80's by Cedar. Made of 100% black silk. There are big rounded shoulder pads. The yoke and collar are made of black leather. Within the leather there is black snake skin deatails, embroidered and clear acrylic jewels. Under the yoke are flat pleats giving the body of the blouse fullness. The blouse closes down the front with hidden buttons. The blouse is flawless. It is labeled a size 8 but could fit larger. Please note the measurements for a proper fit.
