Vintage 1980s black short sleeve crepe dress. Simple low key little black dress with a scoop neckline, dipped waist and gathered skirt. Satin rosette detail safety pinned on the bodice. No material tag but it's made from a very lightweight semi sheer crepe polyester material. Does have shoulder pads. Back zipper closure.
