Vintage 1980s black short sleeve fit and flare dress. Bodice has a v-neckline with a notched collar, faux surplice look and white piping details. Full swing skirt. Back hidden zipper closure. Does have shoulder pads that could easily be removed. Textured polyester with a silky polyester lining. Very well made.
