Vintage 80s black sequined wiggle dress with fabulous tiered tulle hemline. Stunning large rose shaped tulle at left thigh which flows down into 2 tiers of flouncy tulle. Sleeveless with boned bodice. Lightweight black sequins throughout the dress. Long zippered back. Fully lined.
