80s Black Ruffle Tafetta Party Dress Big Bow V Back Vintage by Steppin Out.

Made in USA. Body is 90% nylon 10% lycra. Skirt is 100% acetate. Black bodice is semi sheer and has a good amount of stretch. Ruffle skirt is layers of green purple and blue. Scoop neck. Deep V at back. Cap sleeves. Drop waist dress with fun ruffles and oversized bow. Very 80s pop idol! Excellent condition.
