Vintage 1980s black polka dot off the shoulder mini dress. Oversized double layered off white bow that's wrapped around the shoulders and hooks into place. Dress has princess cut seams and a back zipper closure. Fitted sheath style. No material tag bow is a thick satin and the dress feels like a textured polyester but it has very little stretch.
