1980’s Scaasi Boutique Black lace dress with crinoline underskirt, size small. Bust 34”, waist 30” length 38”. This dress is fitted on the bodice With drop shoulders and a strap that holds it up and then flares the skirt with a stiff netting lined top lace then crinoline skirt then another underskirt in what it think is a taffeta. This piece is exquisitely structured and in perfect condition.
