Black and white polka dots dress from the 1980's. Skirt is a solid black, straight with an open back pleat. Top is a short sleeve polka dot with a single neckline back button closing. Waist is elastic with a wide belt - original.

Fabric feels like a cotton/poly lightweight blend.
