1980's Black and White Off the Shoulder Velvet Sheath Dress

White mantel/shawl off the shoulder with a small shoulder strap to hold it up. A deep kick pleat in the back of the dress. Zipper down the back and boning in the bodice. There is a large white velvet flower with a single large rhinestone in the center of the flower.
