Deadstock cap sleeve gold and black jacquard dress from the late 80's.  Nice deep U back.  Light shoulder pads are good add to look (can also easily be removed).  Star motif is easy and playful and base black fabric has a gold shimmer throughout.  Shape is body hugging and hits right above the knee.  Perfect party dress!
