Bright and colorful '80s/'90s blouse by Ilyssa Maxx for 3K. Long sleeves, 100% polyester satin, roll neck, pullover style with a button closure on the upper back and neck (photos 5 & 6). Single button at cuffs, small shoulder pads (visible in photo 7). Textured design in the fabric (see last photo). In great vintage condition; the only thing that I noticed upon close inspection is that there's a small area on each shoulder with slightly raised fabric; to me, it looks like this is from sewing in the shoulder pads, and it's barely noticeable, but I wanted to point it out (last 2 photos). Marked size 16, but the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it is closer to a 20, and would best fit a 2X. Please compare the measurements to your own to ensure proper fit.
