Vintage 1980s Breli Originals Secretary Dress. Blouson-style top with a v-neckline. Shoulder pads. Elastic waist, belt loops (photo 10). 3/4 sleeves with button detail (photo 8). Pockets! 100% Polyester, made in the USA by the ILGWU. In good vintage condition; the only thing to note is that the right pocket seems to have been cut slightly wider than the left pocket (photo 6), and the collar doesn't lie completely flat (photo 7). Marked size 10; the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that this would best fit a Large. Please compare to your own measurements to ensure proper fit:
