This is a super cute vintage late 1980's to 1990's mini dress Made by "Wayne Diamond Designs". It is made of super stretchy, slinky, black Lycra/Acetate fabric with silver metallic glitter sparkles. It has padded shoulders (easily removeable), a scoop neckline and a fit and flare cut.
