80s/90s Vintage Polka Dot Romper

Gorgeous and super cute vintage 90s Italian made romper! Made of cotton fabric in a polka dot pattern. Button downs the front. Fitted at the waist. Shorts flare out and give the illusion of a mini dress! Back of the dress has sailor collar. There is a faint stain behind the first button but it is invisible when the romper is buttoned up. Please refer to the last photo. Otherwise in excellent condition!
