1980s 1990s southwestern sweater by Bugle Boy. Size Large. see measurements. I would consider this unisex but men should consider sleeve length. 

Black sweater has black and white background with purple design "Southwestern" on front. Sides have complimentary designs which are also banded on sleeves. Thin stripes also on background as well as back.
