80's/90's Scarf Print Blouse Large Crest Winged Horses

Amazing 80's 90s era Silky polyester blouse with scarf print. Gold, red and black on white background, medallions, straps and large crest on the back featuring winged horses with mermaid tails. Has shoulder pads which can be easily removed. Enameled buttons, black on gold. Machine washable cold, hang dry.
