This is a classy and sleek vintage late 1980's cocktail dress made by "Jessica Howard". It is made of black-on-black brocade matte satin. It features a split halter neckline that goes over the shoulders into a squared neckline in the back. It has a large rhinestone brooch accent at the center of the neckline. It has a curvy pencil fit with flattering princess seams and a back kick slit.

Labeled a size 6- No stretch- please use the measurements for an accurate fit.
Measures: 35" Bust, 29" waist, 40" hips, 37" long from shoulder to hem.
Excellent condition with light wear, no flaws.
