Has belt loops and a belt. Belt loops sit low on the dress so the top is blousy once you tie it. Keyhole neckline in back with button closure. Flowy short sleeves.
New with tags from Saks Fifth Avenue. Sold for $186, which was equivalent to $515 in todays dollar.
