this has a 50s - 60s vibe, would not be surprised if it was from a stage production of Bye Bye Birdie. Wire hidden frogs hook it shut in two spots. The wide cut, I hate I have to gender this one. Good home made job with beige cotton lining. Sloppy stitches on the hooks as shown but they do their job it just looks messy.
