New old stock, circa 1980s 1990s knee high stockings by JC Penney. Listing is for one package of three pairs. These are Sandalfoot, extra sheer. There is a tag that says Average and gives the color as off black.

Excellent vintage condition. New in packaging. Package has minor signs of age.
