In good condition. Fun one of a kind piece! Hand made by precious owner. Terry cloth with cutest little hot air balloon scene. Some very minor discoloration around neckline and at bottom hem as pictured but not noticeable when wearing. No size tag but fits like a medium/large. See measurements in photos to determine fit 😊
