In pre-loved condition. This piece is so cool! Looks to be hand painted - the few spots that it has looks to be paint as shown. Color is a light but super bright yellow with adorable cactus desert scene and wolf howling on the back! Does have pilling as shown but I believe this piece to be from the 80s early 90s. Tagged a 1X but best for a XL or smaller in my opinion.
