Absolutely beautiful handcrafted vintage 1990s broomstick skirt with elastic waist and multiple ruffles. It is by MW design and the original design was a hand-painted original and re-printed on fabric. It features coyotes howling at the moon, cactuses, chili pods, corn, gourds, the moon, etc. Definitely a one of a kind that you don’t want to pass up!

Waist measured laying flat unstretched 15 inches, stretched 25 inches. One size fits large and above.
