Fabulous frilly full circle dress from Lilo of California, with an attached vintage crinoline skirt. White satin, trimmed with ruffles and lace features a sash tie in back. Girls size 8.

Originally styled with puff sleeves, elastic there is completely slack. Pretty as-is, or an easy fix.
