This beautiful 1980/90s little black dress from Vicky Tiel Couture has the exceptional flair that you’d expect from the woman who designed the famous red gown from Pretty Woman. The bodice has a sweetheart neckline and a dropped waist. It is is very densely ruched in Tiel’s signature stretchy mesh fabric embellished with black satin ribbon that crisscrosses the bodice and ties in the back; the skirt and sleeves are the same semi-sheer mesh fabric. There is flexible boning in the bodice to keep everything put, and the dress closes with a long back zipper. Size and fabric labels are hand written and difficult to read not present, but Tiel’s stretchy mesh fabric is well known to be a nylon and rayon blend. The bodice and the skirt iare lined in black fabrics. Currently, Vicky Tiel Couture is available only by special order from Bergdorf Goodman. Based on the measurements, the size appears to be a 12-14. Please refer to the measurements for the best guidance regarding actual size. Measurements taken with the fabric unstretched.
