Classic Breli Originals vintage blue and white dress. It's not lined but the fabric is opaque and a nice weight. Elastic waist. Has belt loops. The leather belt pictured is not the original belt but will come with the dress. Would look great with a variety of white belts. Buttons down to the waist. The skirt portion is pleated. Has faux flap pockets at chest with decorative buttons. There are shoulder pads that could be easily snipped out. Tag size 8. See measurements below as vintage measurements differ from modern. Fabric is 100% polyester. Very good pre-owned and vintage condition. No stains or flaws noted.

Length from mid back: 46"
Waist: 13" (26") with elastic relaxed. Stretches to 16" (32")
Sleeve length is 18.5" from cuff to shoulder.
