A show-stopping holiday, operetta, or cabaret gown. Marked a 10 and should fit anyone in the 6 through 10 range, I did have to clip it back for the front shot so I could get the sash in the right place on the waist. Looks EUC and has just a bit of fading of the black velvet under the armpits, which is typical in anything containing acetate that is this age. Not visible during wear because the arms will cover it. Otherwise EUC.
The skirt is lined but does not have a crinoline - you could add 1 for some extra poof but it seems to poof out plenty without it.
