Absolutely stunning vintage Bill Blass Collection III black gown with dramatic ruffle. Has front slit. Single strap in back that connects via button on top. Has a few button holes so you can adjust the length. Side zips.

No fabric tag but feels like a lightweight virgin wool with a slight crepe texture to it.

Has ILGWU workers union tag that dates it from the mid 70s to mid 90s. I’m guessing it’s 80s to early 90s.

Labeled a size 8. Approximate measurements laying flat below. Shown in a size small mannequin.

Fabric does have a little bit of give to it.

Button holes on strap have a tiny bit of wear around them but it’s not shown when worn and they’re not stretched/are fully functional.
