This dress mean business! Big bold puff sleeves with large (removable) shoulder pads. Eyelet asymmetrical front panel leads into gathered waist & peplum. Black belt with bow (buttons can be moved easily). Interior waist is elastic. Size, fabric & care tags have been removed. 75% polyester, 25% rayon. Dry Cleaning recommended. Made in USA.

Models are a modern day dress size 4 or 6 (neither are petite & this dress fits them nicely). Please check measurements when flat: underarm to underarm 17", waist 12.5", skirt 23.5", dress length 39.5", sleeve length 17.25", sleeve hem width 5", length of top 22.5", kick pleat 6".
