Vintage 1990s black and pink floral peplum maxi dress. Soft watercolor flowers in shades of pink, white, green and tan. Bodice features short capped dolman sleeves, surplice blouson v-neck with contrasting collar. Elastic waistband with a ruffled peplum also in a contrasting material. Lightweight flowy rayon.
