Vintage Bob Mackie black wool strapless mini dress with dramatic cut velvet top. Top of dress has boning in it for structure. Back zips. Lined in a silk type material.

Has a dramatic topper with ruffled layers that makes a v-neck in back to mimic the cut of the back of the dress. Velvet straps and trim along top.

No tags at all but it does have the Bob Mackie printed hanger straps. I have done a ton of research and the style and construction seems to be consistent with a late 80’s to early 90’s Bob Mackie piece. Such a one of a kind statement piece that is sure to turn heads.
