A fabulous color block chiffon blouse with an all over abstract print. Features a slightly oversized fit, puffed sleeves and thin shoulder pads (which could easily be removed, if desired). Material is thin and lightweight with a subtle texture. It is semi sheer, but it’s hard to tell unless you’re in very bright light. Would look great with a dark colored vest and tucked into some high rise jeans. No known flaws.
