Looks as if only worn once if at all and probably not on out door conditions. May have been runway use ( I used to do major runway in the 80's we would tape shoe bottoms if there was any chance of wear sign so its still common practice)
Real leather and softer lambskin like leather liner. Full zipper back and man made heels. Just a great pair of boots to wear with jeans or your favorite Boho dress.
