UM! First off, I love Nostalgia dresses, they are the BEST, but this one is my favorite ever, it's the perfect witchy dress! Nylon and rayon blend. The top layer is a lace with vented panels that show the solid color lining beneath. Slip attached to the dress. Lace applique at the neck. Pulls on over the head and ties at the back of the waist.
