Y'all, I personally feel that FADS made some of the most transcendent dresses of the 90s! This one is blue and soft cotton knit with long sleeves and lace applique. Relaxed smock fit with a slightly dropped waist and flared skirt. Pulls on over the head. Also looks great with a belt at the narrow of your waist. Did I mention it has POCKETS!?
