Literally the cutest jacket EVER! Made from a super light cotton in a colorful pastel plaid madras. Anorak fit. Neck can be worn buttoned high or folded down. Drawstring at the waist makes it completely adjustable. Does have VERY light shoulder pads, they really don't change the shape of the jacket when worn.
