Little girls dress, size 4T

100% cotton powder blue dress with white daisy floral print. White eyelet lace ruffle trim at the hem and embroidered white oversized bib collar with lace trim and blue rosette embellishment. Elastic puff sleeves. Ties around the waist. Buttons in the back.

In great vintage condition with a couple minor flaws: there is a small hole at the right armpit area, and the bottom of the fabric panel where the buttonholes are is frayed; not sure if this should have been sewn down somewhere, I can’t tell. Can be tucked while wearing as I have done in the photos on the mannequin.
