This set by Josephine is so gorgeous and quite flattering! It's 100 percent polyester but feels closer to a chiffon. The fabric is red with white polkadots. Flared skirt has elastic at the back of the waistband. Button and zipper closure on the side of the skirt. The blouse has 3/4 length sleeves, a sweet collar that pulls through a loop at the neck to give kind of a sailor look and button closures.
