Vintage 80s, royal blue, Lillie Rubin, slinky party dress. Dress has V neckline, gathered faux wrap front with side sequin detail. Big bold shoulder pads which can be removed if desired. Extra long sleeves with inside seam gathering. Hugs curves in all the right places. She's ready to party!

MATERIAL: 100% Polyester. Fabric does stretch.
CONDITION: Good, there are 3-4 missing sequins at left side waist. One is very near to center twist, the other is closer to side seam. Please see last pic.
