Vintage 1980s blue lurex and black peplum dress. Bodice is a metallic blue that looks black depending on how the light hits it. Features a crew neckline, short sleeves with shoulder pads (easily removed), and a fixed gathered tie belt at the waist. Skirt is solid black with a straight pencil fit and a 6" slit in back. Back zipper closure. Both are semi sheer and made from a lightweight polyester material.
