It's from the 80s in a vibrant turquoise. Lightweight poly (just try to wrinkle this!) satin damask has an Art Deco "shadow print". Long sleeves. Dropped waist with "Fanny Wrap" and pleated skirt. The fanny wrap is adjustable tighter or looser by tying the bow. Surplice bodice crosses over to show cleavage (or not). Slips on, no closures. Can be worn more traditionally of course, as shown in one photo. No flaws.

What to look for in true 20s style dresses: mid calf length, no shorter (this one is a bit short) dropped waist, loose fit, drape-y fabric, solid or retro print handkerchief hems are a plus.
