Measurements are taken with the Jacket Open 3" at the Waist - it does not have closures.

Near MINT Condition - This is a Gorgeous piece qualified as Near Mint Condition. All the beads are present and it presents as Perfect. There are two small spots that I see that blend right in with the design. ¿
