This lightweight vintage Oscar De La Renta cardigan is a great laying piece. The soft and flowing fabrication is a 50% cotton and 50% polyester blend with black polkadots on a white background. Based on the label in the neckline, it was made in the U.S.A. in the 1980's and has the shoulder pads to prove it! The shoulder pads add great structure to this flowing piece, but could easily be snipped out if you prefer. It has no front closure and it meant to wear hanging loose, but it also looks amazing when belted. The sleeves are ended in elastic so you can wear them down (bracelet length sleeves) or bunch them up a bit for 3/4 sleeves that will stay put all day! This polka dot beauty also features pleating details on the front shoulder and center back, giving fun volume and flow. Label inside notes the size as a Medium.
Condition: Great vintage condition with a few blemishes (maybe pencil marks). It has it's original tag so it has never been worn. The tag shows it was priced at $66 in 1980s which equals about $217.62 today! So we assume the marks were from storage...you could easily spot clean or dry clean. Other than that there are no notable damages, no rips or tears.
