A gorgeous Victorian style blouse with an alluring sheen. The shiny, abstract pattern vaguely resembles leaves. Top features shoulder pads (easily removable), balloon sleeves, a bow tie collar, pleated panels and hidden buttons. I almost wish the buttons weren’t hidden because they are such a lovely deep shade of red. Material is silky smooth and lightweight. No known flaws.
