Vintage 1980s dress. Black with white floral pattern. Strapless bodice with lace floral trim and straight neckline. Peplum ruffle waist with lace floral trim. Straight, pencil skirt with a small slit in back. No material tag but feels like a textured rayon. Back zipper closure.
