Vintage 1980s sample dress. Black strapless velvet bodice with a sweetheart neckline in front and a low v in back. Basque waistline that dips down. Full black skirt with red, blue and green floral print. Built in crinoline for added fullness. Fit and flare style. No material tag but skirt feels like a lightweight soft rayon.
