This is a great XL teal sweatshirt from 1989. The graphic says "Spokane Lilac Festival 1989 - Turn Back Time." It is in mostly good condition - there are some signs of wear and a small stain on the front just below the graphic - which is pictured in the images. It's a Hanes sweatshirt, 50% cotton and 50% acrylic, and is a 1980s XL so is likely smaller than a contemporary XL. The chest circumference measured underneath the armpits is 43", shoulder to shoulder measures 19", the length is 29" and the sleeve length is 28".
