DESCRIPTION

80s Miss Bessi cotton interlock tunic top and skirt set. The top has shoulder pads, side slits, a hand picked nylon back neck zipper and bra keepers. The 3/4 sleeve is gathered at shoulder and above the band at bottom. The skirt has an elastic waist and is lined.
